Candidate Responsibilities – Receptionist

• Greeting and interacting with visitors in a courteous manner
• Handling telephone enquiries professionally within specified timescales
• Managing meeting room bookings and setting up rooms with hospitality where necessary
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and faxes

Candidate Requirements – Receptionist

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior reception or similar client-facing experience
