About the RoleService Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a respected charity for a Recovery Coordinator to join their team on a temporary contract. You’ll be working with individuals affected by drug and alcohol misuse, supporting them through every stage of recovery – from assessment and engagement through to sustained recovery.

- PAYE (including holiday): £16.68 per hour
- PAYE (excluding holiday): £15.04 per hour
About the RoleService Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a respected charity for a Recovery Coordinator to join their team on a temporary contract. You’ll be working with individuals affected by drug and alcohol misuse, supporting them through every stage of recovery – from assessment and engagement through to sustained recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload, devising and reviewing recovery and treatment plans.
- Carry out triage and full assessments.
- Deliver one-to-one and group psychosocial interventions.
- Work with families, partner agencies, and colleagues to provide holistic support.
- Support access to harm reduction services and community resources.
- Undertake safeguarding duties, risk assessments, and case recording.
- Promote visible recovery and peer involvement.
- Strong communication skills with experience supporting people with complex needs.
- Knowledge of harm reduction, psychosocial interventions, and safeguarding.
- Able to manage a busy caseload effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office (case management systems desirable).
