Are you an experienced Children's Home Manager looking for an opportunity where you can genuinely make a difference to the lives of young people?

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Registered Children's Home Manager to lead a 3-bedded EBD children's residential home in the Macclesfield area.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, compassionate and resilient leader to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a high-quality children's home, ensuring young people receive the care, support and stability they deserve.

? The Role As Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the leadership, management and development of the home, ensuring the service provides outstanding care and achieves positive outcomes for the young people living there.

You will:

? Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team
? Ensure the home operates in line with relevant legislation, regulations and safeguarding requirements
? Promote a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for young people
? Maintain strong standards of care and ensure individual needs are consistently met
? Work closely with young people, families, professionals and external agencies
? Support young people to develop independence, confidence and essential life skills
? Take responsibility for compliance, quality assurance and Ofsted readiness
? Build a positive culture where the wellbeing and development of young people remain at the heart of every decision

? What We're Looking For We are looking for a dynamic and tenacious leader who is passionate about children's residential care and has the ability to build meaningful relationships with both young people and staff.

You will ideally have:

? Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
? At least 2 years' experience in a relevant children's residential care position
? Previous experience working with children and young people with EBD/complex needs
? Strong knowledge of safeguarding, children's residential care and regulatory requirements
? The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
? Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
? A resilient, proactive and solution-focused approach
? A genuine passion for improving outcomes for young people
