Location: Hatfield
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Bonuses:

• £5,000 Welcome Bonus
• £5,000 Retention Bonus (after 12 months)
• 21% Annual Performance Bonus
• OTE: Up to £76,550 in your first year

Your Role as Registered Manager As the Registered Manager, you will:

• Lead with vision, integrity and compassion, ensuring every young person receives bespoke, therapeutic care and support.
• Be an advocate and champion for your staff and children, building a culture where safety, respect, and aspirations thrive.
• Foster a home environment that is inclusive, resilient, warm and empowering.
• Ensure all operational aspects run smoothly — including safeguarding, care planning, compliance, and team development.
• Coach and mentor your team, helping them grow and progress, including facilitating QCF Level 3 qualifications.
• Lead on budget management, service development and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior role within a similar children’s residential setting.
• Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Children and Young People) — achieved or currently working towards.
• Strong knowledge of key legislation including:
  
  • The Children Act 1989
  • Children’s Home Regulations
  • Safeguarding best practices
• Proven experience managing budgets and operational performance.
• A genuine passion and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for children.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Flexibility to meet the demands of the service, including on-call duties.
