Your Role as Registered Manager: You’ll be at the heart of the home — leading with integrity, compassion, and purpose.
Your mission will be to:
- Deliver exceptional, child-centred, therapeutic care
 - Build a motivated, high-performing team
 - Ensure the home runs smoothly and safely — from care planning to compliance
 - Champion a culture of respect, empowerment, and aspiration
 - Mentor staff through qualifications and professional growth
 - Manage budgets, performance, and continuous service improvement
 
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior role within children’s residential care
 - Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce
 - Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children and Young People) – achieved or in progress
 - In-depth knowledge of:
- The Children Act 1989
 - Children’s Home Regulations
 - Safeguarding best practices
 
 - Strong financial and operational management skills
 - A genuine passion for transforming young lives
 - A full UK driving licence and flexibility for on-call duties
