Lead. Inspire. Transform Lives. Are you ready to lead a passionate team and create a home where young people can truly heal, grow and thrive?

We’re looking for a dedicated and visionary Registered Manager to lead an established 3-bed EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) home in Hatfield.
This isn’t just another management role — it’s your chance to shape a truly therapeutic environment, empower staff to excel, and make a real, lasting difference in children’s lives.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:
  • A vibrant, well-established home already supporting three incredible young people.
  • Full access to a specialist multi-disciplinary clinical team, including:
    • Practitioner Psychologist
    • Therapist
    • Harmful Sexual Behaviour Advisor
    • Exploitation Advisor
    • Specialist Police Advisor
    • Therapeutic Practice Trainer
    • Educational Psychologists
Their clinical experts are there not only to support the young people, but also to guide, develop, and empower you and your team — ensuring you never feel alone in the challenges of the role.
Your Role as Registered Manager: You’ll be at the heart of the home — leading with integrity, compassion, and purpose.
Your mission will be to:
  • Deliver exceptional, child-centred, therapeutic care
  • Build a motivated, high-performing team
  • Ensure the home runs smoothly and safely — from care planning to compliance
  • Champion a culture of respect, empowerment, and aspiration
  • Mentor staff through qualifications and professional growth
  • Manage budgets, performance, and continuous service improvement
What You’ll Bring:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior role within children’s residential care
  • Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children and Young People) – achieved or in progress
  • In-depth knowledge of:
    • The Children Act 1989
    • Children’s Home Regulations
    • Safeguarding best practices
  • Strong financial and operational management skills
  • A genuine passion for transforming young lives
  • A full UK driving licence and flexibility for on-call duties
What the Managers Say: “The clinical team support is outstanding — not just for the children, but for me and my staff. It’s a lifeline when things get tough and a huge part of why our home runs so well.”

Ready to Lead Change? If you’re ready to inspire others, empower young people, and lead with heart, we’d love to hear from you.

Take the next step in your leadership journey — and be part of something truly meaningful.
