Brand new opportunity for a Registered Manager to work within Complex Care / Learning Disability!

• Lead and manage the day to day operations
• Supervise, mentor & support the team, including ensuring training and professional development is continuous and up to date
• Having oversight and management of the homes budget & expenditure
• Develop and implement bespoke care plans
• Manage referrals, liaise with local authorities, and maintain strong relationships with external partners, Local Authorities & Stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to senior management
