The Role
As Registered Manager, you will lead the home with compassion and professionalism, ensuring high-quality care and full compliance with regulatory standards. You will:
- Provide strong, inspiring leadership to the staff team
- Oversee daily operations, budgets, and staffing
- Promote a trauma-informed, child-centred culture
- Ensure safeguarding practices are robust and consistently applied
- Foster multi-agency partnerships and family engagement
- Support staff development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Has experience in residential childcare and managing a regulated service
- Is skilled in trauma-informed practice and child-centred leadership
- Can drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Holds or is working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare)
- Demonstrates resilience, professionalism, and a passion for achieving excellent outcomes for children
