The Role

As a Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care services. You will oversee operations, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and statutory requirements
  • Oversee quality assurance, risk management, and safeguarding practices
  • Support the development, training, and performance of care staff
  • Manage relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and stakeholders
  • Lead service improvement initiatives, audits, and inspection readiness
  • Act as a key point of contact for incidents, complaints, and quality feedback
About You

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Are (or have been) a CQC Registered Manager, or ready to step into registration
  • Have strong experience in domiciliary/home care or social care services
  • Understand regulatory frameworks, compliance, and quality standards
  • Demonstrate leadership, professionalism, and sound decision-making
  • Are confident working with multiple stakeholders and external bodies
