The Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and statutory requirements
- Oversee quality assurance, risk management, and safeguarding practices
- Support the development, training, and performance of care staff
- Manage relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and stakeholders
- Lead service improvement initiatives, audits, and inspection readiness
- Act as a key point of contact for incidents, complaints, and quality feedback
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are (or have been) a CQC Registered Manager, or ready to step into registration
- Have strong experience in domiciliary/home care or social care services
- Understand regulatory frameworks, compliance, and quality standards
- Demonstrate leadership, professionalism, and sound decision-making
- Are confident working with multiple stakeholders and external bodies
- Salary: £40,000 per annum
- Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)
