Registered Manager – Adult Residential Service (33 Bed Home)
Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to lead a large, established residential service and drive real improvements for adults with complex needs? This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a 33-bed adult residential home and play a key role in developing a service that truly enhances people’s lives.
We’re looking for a confident and motivated leader with strong CQC knowledge, experience supporting individuals with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and complex care needs, and a track record of managing and developing large staff teams.
This is a service with a clear development plan in place, so the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the home and continuing to improve outcomes for the people who live there.
The Role As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance and development of the residential service. You will ensure the home operates in line with CQC regulations, delivers high-quality person-centred care, and maintains a positive, supportive environment for both residents and staff.
The service also works closely with an education setting, so any experience working alongside education providers or within integrated care and education environments would be highly beneficial.
