Service Care Solutions are working alongside National Health and Social Care provider who are looking to recruit a compassionate and talented Registered Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Please find a description of the role below.
Role: Registered Manager
Salary: £47,000 to £55,000 per year
Working: 40 hours per week/on-site
Location: Durham

Role Overview
- Take responsibility for monitoring and supporting the delivery of person-centred services to all individuals within your designated area.
- Ensure effective financial management of services through the efficient deployment of staff and the careful oversight of budgets.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the services, including staff allocation, supervision, and performance management.
- Lead the delivery of high-quality operational services by regularly supervising and supporting Team Leaders.
- Ensure that support provided to individuals using the services is both effective and efficient, in line with organisational standards and values.
- Demonstrate strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands while maintaining financial awareness.
- Bring proven experience in social care management, including a thorough understanding of the CQC Framework, Health & Social Care legislation, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Motivate, support, and develop staff teams to achieve positive outcomes for the people we support, modelling best practice and promoting a person-centred approach.
- Show a successful track record in improving and developing services for people with disabilities
- Above all, you’ll be approachable, dependable, and deeply committed to delivering outstanding care — ready to hit the ground running and make a real difference from day one.
