We’re seeking a highly experienced RMN to join a specialist CAMHS service supporting neurodiverse children and young adults (ages 14–25). This is a fully remote role offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a genuine difference.

Essential Requirements:
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with minimum 3 years’ CAMHS experience
At least 10 years’ overall mental health experience
Highly competent in assessments (approximately 50% of the role)
Experienced with talking therapy approaches beyond CBT (e.g. Interpersonal Therapy, DBT, Psychodynamic Therapy)
Proven experience working with neurodiverse clients (Autism, ADHD, OCD, etc.)

Desirable:
Interest in or knowledge of gaming – helps build rapport with autistic clients who use gaming as a social outlet
Experience supporting clients with substance misuse or criminal backgrounds
Confident conducting remote assessments via Zoom with challenging neurodiverse children

Role Details:

• Start: ASAP
• Pay: £25 per hour (Can be paid gross into Limited company)
• Contract: Ongoing block booking (flexible duration)
• Hours: Full-time or part-time considered
• Location: Fully remote (via Zoom)
• Work split: ~50% assessments / ~50% caseload
• Focus: Clinical, hands-on mental health work (not managerial)
