Repairs Scheduler Responsibilities

As a Repairs Scheduler, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and allocating workloads for operatives and contractors to optimize productivity and meet KPI targets
  • Monitoring daily repairs progress and updating customers regularly to ensure transparency and satisfaction
  • Managing and responding promptly to customer enquiries, adhering to policies and data protection standards
  • Supporting the Repairs team with administrative tasks, including system updates, raising purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues and contractors to deliver outstanding service
Candidates should have proven experience in scheduling or coordinating workloads within repairs, maintenance, or housing environments. Strong organizational skills, excellent customer service ability, and IT literacy are essential to succeed. The role demands someone who can remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in scheduling or coordinating workloads
  • Customer service skills, comfortable liaising with residents and contractors
  • Strong IT and administrative skills to ensure accurate record-keeping and system operation
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workloads in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working within repairs, maintenance, or housing sectors preferred
