Repairs Scheduler Responsibilities
As a Repairs Scheduler, your core responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and allocating workloads for operatives and contractors to optimize productivity and meet KPI targets
- Monitoring daily repairs progress and updating customers regularly to ensure transparency and satisfaction
- Managing and responding promptly to customer enquiries, adhering to policies and data protection standards
- Supporting the Repairs team with administrative tasks, including system updates, raising purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues and contractors to deliver outstanding service
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in scheduling or coordinating workloads
- Customer service skills, comfortable liaising with residents and contractors
- Strong IT and administrative skills to ensure accurate record-keeping and system operation
- Ability to prioritize and manage workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working within repairs, maintenance, or housing sectors preferred
