This Permanent Residential Property Paralegal role is based in the North of Scotland and offers the chance to work within well-regarded Residential Property, Housebuilder & Estate Agency team. The firm’s deep-rooted presence across the Highlands, Islands, and Moray ensures you’ll be serving a vibrant client base while developing your legal expertise.

Candidate Responsibilities

• Assist lawyers with residential property transactions from initial instruction to completion
• Draft and prepare first drafts of securities, discharges, and other legal documentation
• Conduct property searches and review documentation for accuracy
• Prepare Land Registration and LBTT submissions

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Paralegal within residential property law (in Scotland)
• Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures
• Scottish- Industry Legal, Legal, Paralegal, and Residential Property experience is essential
