Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for residents regarding planned works, including decant and rehousing queries.
- Organising resident engagement events and consultations to ensure the voice of the community is heard.
- Working closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to communicate updates effectively.
- Promoting and delivering social value initiatives within projects.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all communication channels are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Proven experience in a resident liaison, housing, or customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of partnership working and social value delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage challenging situations calmly.
- Knowledge of decant and rehousing principles would be highly desirable.
- Good IT skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
