Residential Property Solicitor Responsibilities: As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will be at the forefront of handling diverse residential property matters. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing house sales and purchases for a broad range of clients, including individuals, trusts, SMEs, and property developers.
• Advising on site acquisitions, assembly, and the sale of completed plots.
• Providing expert legal advice to housebuilders, private clients, and businesses.
• Handling a varied workload with high levels of client contact in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with relevant experience in residential property law.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Ambitious and looking to develop your expertise within a supportive team environment.
• Willing to work across all levels of PQE, from junior to senior solicitors.
