Residential Conveyancer

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm based in Blackburn for a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for both qualified and non-qualified candidates, including Trainee Solicitors and Trainee Conveyancers, who are looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive legal environment.

The salary is £25,000 - £43,000 depending on experience and interview performance.

Responsibilities as a Residential Conveyancer:

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handling transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents, and other legal documentation.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction process.
• Providing clear legal advice and updates to clients.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
• Supporting senior members of the team where required and assisting with more complex transactions.

About you as a Residential Conveyancer:

• Experience within residential conveyancing is desirable.
• Applications are welcomed from Qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, Paralegals, and Trainees.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• A proactive and team-oriented approach.
• A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in conveyancing.
