Service Care Solutions is working with a highly regarded “Top 200” law firm, with a strong presence across Lincolnshire and the Midlands, which is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team in Sleaford. Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire – hybrid
Role: Residential Conveyancer
Salary: £45,000 to £65,000
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing a full residential conveyancing caseload from start to completion.
• Generating new work and converting enquiries into instructions.
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities across the wider firm.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload from start to completion.
• Be a qualified solicitor, legal executive, barrister or licensed conveyancer in England and Wales.
• Have commercial awareness with a proactive approach to business development.
