Residential Paralegal

Service Care Solutions are working with a reputable law firm in Stirling who are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in residential property to join their team. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) and be confident managing their own caseload, working closely with solicitors, and liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages).
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Supporting solicitors with complex transactions where needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years PQE in residential property.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
