Residential Property Lawyer

Service Care Solutions is working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm, based in Stoke-on-Trent, which is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer to join their busy and growing Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and technically strong solicitor/conveyancer who is looking to join a supportive firm with a strong local reputation and consistent workflow.
 
Role: Conveyancing Lawyer
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000  
 
Key Responsibilities:

• You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
• Generate new business for the Conveyancing team.
• Managing compliance requirements of caseloads and ensuring adherence to company policy.

Key Requirements:

• A qualified Solicitor/Conveyancer or equivalent (ideally 3 PQE, although all levels will be considered).
• Have strong experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Are looking to contribute to the continued growth of a reputable local firm.
