Service Care Solutions are working with an award-winning national firm that is seeking to expand its Residential Property, Housebuilder & Estate Agency team in Inverness.

The RoleYou will manage a broad range of residential property matters, including:

• Residential sales and purchases
• Advising private individuals, trusts, SMEs and property developers
• Supporting housebuilders with site acquisitions, land assembly and plot sales
• Delivering practical, commercial advice while managing client relationships
• Working closely with colleagues across a nationally recognised property team

We are keen to speak with ambitious solicitors at all levels of post-qualification experience who can demonstrate:

• Experience in residential property law
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Strong organisational and case management abilities
• A proactive and collaborative approach
