Residential Property Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are looking for a motivated Solicitor to join a well established, Residential Property Team. In this role, you’ll handle a varied caseload of conveyancing matters, including purchases and sales, executry conveyancing, remortgages, and transfer of title work. You’ll also have the chance to be involved in more complex transactions, such as those involving title conditions, boundary issues, and access rights.

This is a full-time, permanent position, with potential for hybrid working by agreement.
Just as important as your 2+ years PQE, we’re looking for someone who can show:

• A genuine interest in residential property law and a drive to deepen your technical expertise
• Excellent attention to detail, with a pragmatic and commercial approach to problem-solving
• Clear, confident communication and strong drafting skills
• The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues at all levels
