Service Care Legal are working exclusively with a highly regarded and fast-growing Legal 500 firm in Central London that is looking to recruit an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor (2–5 years PQE) to join their thriving team.

ROLE:                  Residential Property Solicitor
PQE:                     2 to 5 years’ PQE
LOCATION:         Central London
SALARY:             £50,000 to £90,000

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable practice with a strong pipeline of quality work. As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will:
 

• Handle a busy and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new-build transactions, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
• Play a visible role within the department, offering guidance and supervision to junior fee earners.
• Work closely with agents, brokers, lenders, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely completions.
• Deliver a clear, efficient, and client-focused service while building lasting client relationships.

About You
 

• Qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE in residential property.
• Solid technical knowledge across a wide range of conveyancing matters.
• Strong communicator with excellent client care skills.
• A proactive team player who enjoys mentoring junior colleagues.
• Commercially aware and motivated to contribute to the team’s continued success.
