Service Care Legal are working with a highly-respected law firm based in Hertfordshire who are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their established and growing team. Please find below further details about this rolel.

ROLE:                  Residential Property Solicitor
PQE:                     3 years’
LOCATION:         Hertfordshire
SALARY:              £60,000 and above

Please note that hybrid working is available.

The Role
 

• To manage a full caseload of residential property matters through to completion
• Matters will include freehold and leasehold properties, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds and shared ownership
• Draft and review contracts, leases, and other property-related documents

The Person
 

• A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE within residential property law
• A proven track billing record and managing full caseloads of residential property matters through to completion
• Ambitious individual with a strong emphasis on communication
