Our residential services provide safe, nurturing environments for children aged 8–18 with a variety of needs — including emotional, behavioural, and learning difficulties.
We offer both long-term placements and short breaks for children with complex needs, as well as supported accommodation for young people preparing for independence.

- Contribute to care planning, thinking innovatively to meet individual needs.
- Build and maintain therapeutic, trusting relationships with children and young people.
- Support children to understand and manage emotions, promoting resilience and wellbeing.
- Monitor care and progress, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each child.
About You

You’ll also need to have:
- A willingness to work towards or hold a relevant NVQ Level 4 / QCF Diploma in Children & Young People’s Residential Care (or equivalent).
- A commitment to completing the HSC 375 Medication qualification (or equivalent).
- A full UK driving licence.
- The legal right to work in the UK.
