  • Report directly to the Board on service performance, growth plans, and regulatory matters.

What We’re Looking For We are searching for a passionate and committed leader who inspires teams and champions best practice. You will have:

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

  • Eligibility and readiness to be named as Responsible Individual with OFSTED.

  • Strong safeguarding, compliance, and regulatory knowledge.

  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and leadership skills.

  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across services.

What We Offer Join a progressive, values-led organisation where your expertise will make a tangible impact. Benefits include:

  • Competitive salary of up to £69,000 per year, plus performance-related bonus.

  • Pension scheme and enhanced professional development opportunities.

  • Strategic involvement in service growth and new developments.

  • A supportive, ambitious senior leadership team that values innovation and high-quality care.
