Responsive Repairs Operative

A Housing Association is seeking a Responsive Repairs Operative to carry out day-to-day maintenance and repair works within tenanted properties across North London. This permanent role involves delivering responsive repairs to a high standard, ensuring properties remain safe, functional, and well maintained for residents.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive repairs within tenanted residential properties
  
  
• Complete a range of general maintenance tasks across core trades
  
  
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently during property visits
  
  
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with required standards
  
  
• Maintain clear records of works completed and report any additional repair needs
  
  
• Deliver high-quality workmanship while working within occupied homes
  
  

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in a core trade
  
  
• Full UK Driving Licence
  
  
• Experience carrying out responsive repairs within residential properties
  
  
• Ability to complete a range of multi-trade maintenance tasks
  
  
• Good understanding of health and safety when working in occupied properties
