A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Progressor to join a leading Housing Association, supporting the successful progression of residential property sales and disposals while delivering an efficient end-to-end sales process.
THE ROLE
The Sales Progressor will support the Sales Manager with the disposal of residential void properties and assist with portfolio and land sales, ensuring sales progress smoothly from offer through to completion.
• Coordinate with solicitors, agents and internal teams to progress property sales through to exchange and completion
• Support the disposal of void residential assets and tenanted property portfolios
• Prepare legal briefing packs and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant
• Monitor sales performance and validate offer prices against internal business plans
• Attend conveyancing and treasury meetings, completing contract authorisations where required
• Produce weekly sales reports, tracking agent performance and sales activity
• Manage post-completion communications and assist with legal due diligence relating to land sales
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Sales Progressor, Conveyancing, Estate Agency or Property Sales role, with a strong understanding of the property sales process.
• Experience progressing property sales from offer stage through to completion
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail when managing legal documentation
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including solicitors, agents and internal teams
• Proactive approach with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience preparing reports, monitoring performance data and maintaining sales records
THE CONTRACT
WORKING HOURS Full Time, Mon to Fri 9-5, 35 hours
LENGTH OF CONTRACT 3 month temporary contract, temp-perm
The pay for the role is £20.56 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £17.53 per hour, inclusive of holiday.
