Scheme Manager 
📍Darlington | ⏰  Part-time – 30 hours per week | 💼  Permanent
💰 £27,254 – £28,598 per annum (pro rata)
We’re looking for an approachable and motivated Scheme Manager to join a well-established Lifeline Services Team supporting residents across sheltered and extra care housing schemes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by helping tenants live safely and independently within their communities.
The Role
Each day brings something different — you’ll be responsible for a mix of building management and resident support. Duties include:

• Monitoring legionella, fire safety and site safety audits
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance
• Supporting tenants, their families, carers, and visiting professionals
• Carrying out daily calls and visits, responding to emergency calls, and facilitating activities and events
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with GDPR and safety standards

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, compassionate, and proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Organised, flexible, and confident communicating with a range of people
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, databases, and technology
• Able to remain calm and think clearly in changing situations

Experience in housing, customer service, or working with older or vulnerable adults would be an advantage, but full induction and training will be provided.
