HR Partner – Enfield Schools HR Team
Location: Flexible (Home, Civic Centre, School Sites)
Salary: £30 UMB per hour (£24.50 PAYE)
Contract: 3 months - potential to become perm

About Our Client

Enfield Council’s Schools HR Team is a well-regarded, specialist team supporting schools and trusts across the borough. We provide tailored HR solutions that help schools deliver exceptional education and outcomes for children and young people.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Partner on behalf of Enfield Council, to act as a trusted advisor to schools and trusts. You will:

• Provide expert generalist HR advice, including employee relations support and workplace investigations.
• Develop and deliver training, draft and review policies, and support TUPE and change management processes.
• Contribute to HR projects across schools and trusts, offering practical, solution-focused guidance.

About You

• Strong generalist HR experience, including employee relations.
• Pragmatic, creative, and solutions-oriented approach.
• Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills.
• Ability to balance a customer-focused service with a not-for-profit ethos.

Additional Requirements

• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel to school sites.
• Ability to work effectively from home as part of a flexible working arrangement.
