Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing law firm based in Blackburn,UK for a Scottish Qualified Solicitor specialising in Personal Injury – Road Traffic Accidents (RTA).

Scottish Qualified Solicitor – Personal Injury (RTA)
Blackburn (Fully Remote)
Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: Competitive, DOE – Starting at £40,000 annum

You will manage a caseload of Scottish RTA personal injury matters from instruction through to settlement or litigation where necessary. The role requires strong technical knowledge of Scottish civil procedure and personal injury law, alongside the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities as a Personal Injury Solicitor:

• Manage a full caseload of Scottish RTA personal injury claims
• Handle matters from pre-litigation through to litigation
• Draft legal documentation including pleadings, correspondence, and settlement negotiations
• Ensure compliance with Scottish procedural rules and regulatory requirements
• Maintain high standards of client care and file management

About you as a Personal Injury Solicitor:

• Qualified Solicitor in Scotland with a current practising certificate
• Demonstrable experience handling RTA personal injury claims
• Strong knowledge of Scottish civil litigation procedures
• Ability to independently manage a caseload
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Comfortable working remotely and managing workload effectively
