Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
- Support children with a range of needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech & language)
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Help create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
- Experience working with children in a primary or SEN setting
- A patient, empathetic and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3) – desirable but not essential
