Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Permanent Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a well-established local authority legal team based in Sheffield.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional to take a leading role in providing high-quality legal advice and representation in complex adult social care matters.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Adult Services, ensuring compliance with statutory responsibilities and safeguarding vulnerable adults within the community.

This role pays a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 annum depending on experience

This role is on a hybrid basis with lots of flexibility involved.

Responsibilities as a Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer:

• Manage a complex caseload of adult social care matters with minimal supervision.
• Collaborating across the Legal Leadership Team to deliver high-quality, cost-effective legal services to both the Council and external clients
• Allocating, supervising, and delivering complex, high-profile legal matters

About you as a Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer:

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE in Adult social care law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
