Senior Associate

Service Care Solutions is working with a highly reputable law firm, based in the South West, which is looking to appoint a Senior Associate to join their Agriculture and Land team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor to join a supportive and collaborative firm, working with a diverse client base that includes a wide range of landowners, farmers, estates, and businesses across the region and beyond.
 
Role: Senior Associate - Agriculture and Land team
Location: Wells
Salary: £60,000 to £80,000
 
The Role

• Manage your own varied caseload and provide high-quality legal advice across a broad range of agricultural and rural property law matters.
• Play an important role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Networking, developing your own client base and contributing to the continued growth of the team.

Key Requirements:

• A qualified legal executive, solicitor or barrister with 5 or more years' PQE specialising in in agricultural/rural property/commercial law.
• Ambition and a genuine interest in contributing to the development of the wider team and business.
• Strong technical skills in property transactions with a real interest in the rural sector.
