Senior Commercial Property Lawyer

Service Care Solutions is working with a highly regarded law firm, based in the Southwest, which is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor to join a supportive and collaborative firm, working with a diverse client base that includes agricultural businesses, commercial landlords and property developers.
 
Role: Senior Commercial Property Lawyer  
Location: Yeovil or Bridgwater
Salary: £50,000 - £75,000 (plus KPI-linked bonus)
 
The Role

• Manage your own varied caseload and provide high-quality legal advice across a broad range of commercial property
• Play an important role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Networking, developing your own client base and contributing to the continued growth of the team.

Key Requirements:

• A qualified legal executive, solicitor or barrister with 5 or more years' PQE specialising in Commercial Property.
• Ambition and a genuine interest in contributing to the development of the wider team and business.
• Experience in agricultural property, or a keen interest in developing expertise in this area, would be advantageous.
