Service Care Solutions is working alongside a Legal 500 company, based in Northampton, which is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. This is a rare opportunity offering genuine career progression, with a clear route to Junior Partnership for the right individual.
 
Role: Senior Commercial Property Solicitor  
Salary: £60,000 to £90,000  
Location: Northampton
 
The Role:

• Manage your own caseload of high-quality commercial property matters.
• Handle a broad range of transactions, including leases, freehold and development land, agricultural property, and more complex agreements such as Options, Promotions, and Overage.
• Act for a varied client base including SIPPs/SASSs, corporates, individuals, and commercial lenders.
• Provide mentoring and supervision to junior colleagues.

The Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property.
• Has proven experience managing complex caseloads with minimal supervision.
• Can balance autonomy with being a collaborative team player.
• Enjoys mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team development.
