Service Care Solutions is currently working with a well-established and forward-thinking law firm in Greater Manchester to recruit a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional to join a dynamic team handling high-quality commercial property work, with the flexibility of hybrid working.

Senior Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Manchester (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £60,000 – £85,000 per annum (DOE)


Key Responsibilities as a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor:

• Take a lead role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial leases on behalf of landlords and tenants
• Advise clients on option agreements and oversee their preparation from instruction through to completion
• Play an integral part in complex land assembly matters and large-scale development projects
• Manage a varied and busy caseload of commercial property transactions, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and to a high standard
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering commercially focused solutions
• Support junior team members where appropriate and contribute to the overall success of the department

About you as a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5 post-qualification experience in commercial property
• Proven experience handling complex commercial property matters independently
• Strong technical knowledge of property law, particularly in leases, development, and land transactions
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail
