Senior Contracts and Procurement Lawyer

Service Care Solutions is working in partnership with a well-regarded local authority, based in Northamptonshire, which is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Contracts and Procurement Lawyer on a full-time, fully remote basis.
 
Role: Senior Contracts and Procurement Lawyer
Location: Northamptonshire (Fully Remote)
Umbrella Rate: £55 - £60ph
PAYE Inc. Rate: £48.41 - £52.76ph
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of commercial contracts and procurement matters.
• Support the authority on high-value, complex, and strategic projects.
• Advise on public procurement processes in line with current legislation.

Key Requirements:

• Be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive (in England and Wales) with significant experience in contracts and procurement law.
• Have a strong understanding of public sector procurement regulations.
• Demonstrate experience handling complex commercial matters within a local authority or similar environment.
