Service Care Legal are working with a leading Legal 500 boutique firm is seeking an ambitious Senior Employment Associate to join its established team.

ROLE:                  Employment Senior Associate
PQE:                     6 to 9 year PQE
LOCATION:         West End, London | Legal 500 Firm
SALARY:              £Market competitive

The Role
 

• Advise on complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Handle tribunal litigation, executive contracts, restructures, redundancies and corporate transactions.
• Advise senior executives and corporate clients on strategic employment issues.
• Support M&A, due diligence and corporate work.
• Supervise junior lawyers and contribute to business development.

About You
 

• 6–9 years’ PQE with strong employment experience.
• Contentious and non-contentious expertise, ideally acting for both employers and senior employees.
• Strong academics and training.
• Small client following desirable.
• Commercial, ambitious and confident with excellent client skills.
