Senior Employment Solicitor

Service Care Legal are working with a top-tier international law firm, highly regarded for its strength in employment law, to recruit a Senior Employment Solicitor into its London office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team recognised for advising some of the world’s most prominent businesses, including major listed companies and household names. With a UK team of over 50 employment specialists, this practice is part of a truly global network and regularly manages complex, cross-border projects.
 
ROLE:                  Senior Employment Solicitor            
PQE:                     3 to 6 years’
SALARY:              £130-160k + bonus scheme
 
The Work
 
The role offers exposure to a broad range of employment matters, with a balance of contentious and non-contentious work. Typical mandates include:
 

• Day-to-day advisory support to major corporate clients
• Employment aspects of corporate, commercial and real estate transactions, including TUPE, outsourcing and business transfers
• Employment tribunal and High Court litigation, as well as appellate work
• Collective issues such as redundancies, restructuring, TUPE and industrial relations
• Internal investigations, including regulatory aspects
• Strategic projects involving compliance with new legislation and workforce change programmes

 
About You
 
The successful candidate will bring:
 

• A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3 to 6 years’ PQE
• Experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters
• Strong technical ability combined with a commercial, client-focused approach
• Excellent communication and drafting skills, with the confidence to advise high-profile clients
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and enthusiasm to contribute to a busy, supportive team
