Service Care Solutions are working with an internationally regarded, Tier 1 Legal 500 company which is looking to recruit a Senior Employment Solicitor into its Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team recognised for advising some of the world’s most prominent businesses, including major listed companies and household names. PQE: 3 to 6 years’
SALARY: £80,000 to £100,000 + bonus scheme

The Work
The role offers exposure to a broad range of employment matters, with a balance of contentious and non-contentious work. Typical mandates include:
- Day-to-day advisory support to major corporate clients.
- Employment aspects of corporate, commercial and real estate transactions, including TUPE, outsourcing and business transfers.
- Employment tribunal and High Court litigation, as well as appellate work.
- Collective issues such as redundancies, restructuring, TUPE and industrial relations.
- Internal investigations, including regulatory aspects.
- Strategic projects involving compliance with new legislation and workforce change programmes.
- A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3 to 6 years’ PQE.
- Experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters.
- Strong technical ability combined with a commercial, client-focused approach.
