Senior Employment Solicitor

The company is looking to recruit a Senior Employment Solicitor at a  Managing Associate level. This is an exceptional opportunity to join Company’s top-tier Employment team, recognised nationally for its expertise and client relationships across key sectors including retail & consumer, private equity, developer, and energy & infrastructure.
 
Role: Senior Employment Solicitor
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Working Pattern: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible
Salary: £70,000 to £95,000
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including tribunal claims, strategic advisory matters, transactional support, and employee relations advice.
• Work closely with clients across the firm’s core sectors, providing pragmatic, commercially driven solutions.
• Lead business development initiatives, nurturing existing client relationships and securing new opportunities.

About you:

• 9+ years of PQE in Employment law as a Solicitor (registered to practice in England and Wales)
• A strong record across advisory, corporate support, and litigation work.
• Proven ability to build and strengthen client relationships, particularly within key sectors such as retail & consumer, developer, and energy & infrastructure.
