Senior Litigation Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing and highly regarded Local Authority in Greater Manchester, who are looking for a Senior Litigation Solicitor to join their legal team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation professional to manage a diverse and complex caseload while providing strategic legal advice across a broad range of contentious matters.

This role pays a competitive rate of:
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £48.89 - £53.28 per hour  
Umbrella - £55 - £60 per hour

This role is on a 4-6 month contract with potential to extend and is on a fully remote basis
 
Responsibilities as a Senior Litigation Solicitor:

• Able to handle caseload in Litigation law from start to completion
• Have a good understanding in Property Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Employment Disputes and Debt and fee recovery.
• Supervise and mentor junior legal staff where appropriate

 
About you as a Senior Litigation Solicitor:

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with at least 7 years PQE in Litigation law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Has worked in Litigation law for the local authority
