  • Carry out risk assessments and ensure care planning is effective, child-focused, and in line with statutory requirements.
  • Work in partnership with families, schools, health services, and other agencies to provide a holistic approach to safeguarding.
  • Contribute to service development, helping to improve and embed high-quality social work practice within the team.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience: Substantial post-qualification experience in safeguarding, child protection, and statutory social work.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, risk assessment, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of child protection legislation, safeguarding procedures, and best practices.
  • Other Requirements: A commitment to professional development and improving outcomes for children and families.
Why Join Us?
