Senior Private Client Associate Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm, based in the New Forest, which is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Solicitor to join its thriving Private Client team. This is a key position which offers the opportunity to take a leading role in complex matters whilst contributing to the continued growth and development of the department.
 
Location: New Forest
Role: Senior Private Client Associate Solicitor
Salary: £60,000 to £70,000
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on a wide range of complex private client matters, including wills, probate, trust administration, and multi-generational estate planning.
• Advise on sensitive matters such as elderly client care, mental capacity issues, and Court of Protection applications.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Play an active role in business development, building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE in private client law.
• Extensive experience in wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, and tax planning.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience, with the ability to mentor and develop junior colleagues.
• STEP qualification (or working towards it) is preferred.
