Senior Property Lawyer

Service Care Legal are working with a West London local authority is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer, with potential for further work depending on requirements. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload across residential and commercial property, including:
 
ROLE:                   Senior Property Lawyer
RATE:                   £55ph umbrella / £48.89ph PAYE inc. holiday pay / £43.62ph PAYE exc. holiday pay
LOCATION:          West London / hybrid
CONTRACT:        6 months with possibility of extension, 36 hours per week


Pease note that this role would be hybrid working and require office attendance 2 days per week.
 

• Property acquisitions and disposals
• Residential and commercial property transactions
• Landlord & Tenant matters, both contentious and non-contentious
• Providing practical legal advice to internal stakeholders
• Supporting project work and meeting key deadlines

 
About You
 

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx with a current practising certificate
• Ideally 3–5 years’ PQE in property law
• Strong landlord & tenant experience
• Experience handling acquisitions, disposals and wider property transactions
