Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of global law firm based in London who are seeking a Senior Real Estate Associate to join their Band 1 ranked, leading Legal 500 team. Please find below furth details about this role.
 
ROLE:                  Senior Associate – Real Estate
LOCATION:         London
SALARY:              £120,000 - £140,000 DOE / interview performance / PQE
PQE:                     5 years’+
 
The Role – Overview
 

• Advise on high-value real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and joint ventures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documentation with precision and commercial insight.
• Act as a trusted client contact, delivering pragmatic, tailored advice and building long-term relationships.
• Lead and support teams on complex matters, providing mentoring and fostering collaboration.
• Contribute to business development, networking, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen the practice.

 
Person Specification
 

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years’ PQE in real estate investment and development.
• Strong technical expertise in corporate real estate, including joint ventures and co-investments.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing complex matters and supervising junior lawyers.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with strong commercial awareness.
• Client-focused, proactive, and adaptable, with a genuine interest in the evolving real estate sector.
