We are currently recruiting multiple Senior Residential Support Workers across the L24 and L17 areas, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking organisation that truly values its staff.

? The Role As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting children and young people within a residential setting, helping them to thrive in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.

You will:

• Lead by example and support junior staff on shift
  
  
• Build strong, trusting relationships with young people
  
  
• Support care plans and behaviour management strategies
  
  
• Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing is always the top priority
  
  
• Contribute to a positive and stable home environment
  
  

? Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent) – ESSENTIAL
  
  
• Previous experience in a residential childcare setting
  
  
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  
  
• Ability to work a 2 on, 4 off shift pattern, including sleep-ins
  
  
• Passion, resilience, and a genuine desire to make a difference
