? The Role As a Senior Support Worker, you will:
- Support the day-to-day running of a solo children’s home
- Lead shifts and provide guidance to junior staff
- Build positive, trusting relationships with young people
- Promote independence, resilience, and positive outcomes
- Ensure safeguarding and care standards are consistently met
- Work closely with external professionals and families
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Residential Support Worker
- NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (or working towards)
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and children’s residential care
- Ability to lead shifts and support a team
- Passionate, resilient, and committed to making a difference
- £14.57 per hour £70 sleep-in rate
- Structured 2 on, 4 off shift pattern for excellent work-life balance
