? The Role As a Senior Support Worker, you will:

• Support the day-to-day running of a solo children’s home
• Lead shifts and provide guidance to junior staff
• Build positive, trusting relationships with young people
• Promote independence, resilience, and positive outcomes
• Ensure safeguarding and care standards are consistently met
• Work closely with external professionals and families

? Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Residential Support Worker
• NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (or working towards)
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and children’s residential care
• Ability to lead shifts and support a team
• Passionate, resilient, and committed to making a difference
