Senior Solicitor OR Junior Partner

Service Care Solutions is working with a leading Legal 500 firm, based in Northampton, which is looking to recruit a Senior Associate or Junior Partner to play a key role in the continued growth of their award-winning practice. This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm that already has strong succession planning in place.
 
Role: Senior Associate Solicitor OR Junior Partner - Corporate Commercial
Salary: £60,000 to £90,000            
Location: Northampton
 
Key Responsibilities Of The Role:

• Handle a broad range of Corporate Commercial law. This will involve but is not limited to: Mergers, acquisitions & disposals; Succession planning; Restructuring & demergers; Finance documents.
• Drafting, advising, negotiating, and deal making across the full corporate spectrum.
• You will also play a pivotal role in mentoring junior lawyers, imparting knowledge, and shaping the future of the team.
• Business development is key – you’ll enjoy building strong relationships and have the professional network and commercial acumen to grow both your practice and the firm’s reach.

About You

• Ideally 5+ PQE (Solicitor or FILEX) with proven corporate & commercial expertise
• Confident in managing transactions from start to finish, and keen to drive deals forward
• Entrepreneurial instinct, adept at networking, and able to spot opportunities
• Passionate about knowledge sharing, mentoring and developing others.
