Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Southend. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling after-sales inquiries.

Daily tasks include interacting with customers, understanding their needs, providing accurate information, and coordinating after-sales services. The role requires effective communication and a customer-focused approach to build strong relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.


Qualifications
 

• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Aftersales knowledge and experience
• A valid driving license
